Tobias Korth studied law at the University of Cologne from 2003 to 2008. He passed the first state law examination at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne in 2008.

From 2010: Legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bonn, among others, practical training with a focus on civil law in law firms until the second state law examination in June 2012.

He has been an associate at our law firm since August 2012 and focuses on employment law and family law. He is a strong advocate for our clients, but always keeps an eye on amicable solutions. He also advises and represents companies and consumers in matters of general civil law.

Tobias Korth represents clients in proceedings at the ordinary courts (family courts, local courts, regional courts and higher regional courts) as well as at courts of labour jurisdiction.
