Nikolaj Schmolcke
Master of Corporate Management and Economics (“Diplom Ökonom”) (Ruhr-University Bochum)
After his studies at the Ruhr-University Bochum (among others student of Prof. Walther Busse von Colbe) with a focus on external accounting, Mr. Schmolcke served for the Lufthansa Group for a total of 18 years after having started his career with PwC (then: Coopers & Lybrand). He was responsible for about 20 M&A projects and worked as CFO of foreign subsidiaries (Philippines and Malta). He managed the business of a medium-sized financial holding company for 5 years and was responsible for the consolidated financial statements as Director Finance for Vapiano SE. Mr. Schmolcke has participated in the preparation of more than 80 annual financial statements.
Primary fields of activity: Nikolaj Schmolcke supports as a freelancer the partners of Heenen Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft in the analysis of balance sheets and annual financial statements, in particular within the scope of litigious mandates.
